Personal Assistants who provide “at home” and “out of home” duties are part of the Home Team at Care Management Associates.

Our Personal Assistants are Certified Nurse Assistants and companion/homemakers who work closely with our Care Managers to help with:

	Appointment scheduling and transportation
	Companionship/social and emotional support
	Meal preparation/assistance with eating
	Personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, maintenance, and range of motion exercises
	Walking/ambulation assistance
	Light housekeeping
	Medication Monitoring
	Shopping
	Pet care assistance
	Managing mail
	Leisure activities and more
